Rob leads Bishop Rock Partners across the UK, EMEA & US and is a Company Director. He is responsible for ensuring the business delivers on its vision to become one of the leading search and selection firms for candidates and clients across the Tax & Legal sectors.

Rob also leads the firm’s charitable operations partnering with key charitable partners that align with Bishop Rock Partner’s candidate & client base.

Rob is a keen sportsman having run in the London marathon this year. He also enjoys travelling and cooking having previously worked as a chef in France.
