Sophie joined Bishop Rock Partners in December 2022 following 3 years in the Finance function of another Professional Services recruitment business. Sophie ensures the delivery of insightful management information within a robust compliance framework, enabling the business to achieve its growth plans.

Sophie graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Geography and German. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys hikes in the countryside with friends and travelling as frequently as possible.
