Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY before joining Bishop Rock Partners in October 2022. He has 5 years’ experience leading finance functions in both listed businesses and SMEs, mostly in the recruitment sector. Tom is responsible for the overall integrity of financial information and works alongside the senior leadership team to deliver the business’ overall strategic objectives.

Tom graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in History. He maintains a keen interest in history, and reading more generally, when he’s not travelling around the country (and Europe) following Brighton and Hove Albion.
